FILE 1040NR FOR NON US CITIZEN OR RESIDENT

HELLO I HAVE A BANK ACCOUNT AND TWO CD IN IT BUT I AM NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN OR RESIDENT  I RECEIVE 1099-INT FORM DO I HAVE TO FILE 1044-NR  FOR THESE TWO CD I HAVE WITH THE BANK? 

AS WELL IF I DO 14 YRS AGO I WAS IN THE US ON A EXCHANGE PROGRAM AND WAS PROVIDED WITH A SSN CAN I USE THAT EVEN THOUGH IS NOT CONNECTED TO MY BANK? OR DO I HAVE TO APPLY FOR A ITIN?

If you are a Non Resident Alien and have US sourced income, then you would need to file a 1040 NR which TurboTax does not support, however, our partner Sprintax.com does.
