Fees charging, can't change, because can't e-file, no quick filing

e-filed 2 times, didn't work. need to change to married name at ssn, this year. want to mail it but can't change the fees

Your fee is the same whether you e-file or mail it in an envelope.  The fee is for using the software to prepare your tax return; there is no extra fee for e-filing.

 

You should be using the name that matches your current Social Security card.
