Federal tax due before I have entered any information?

I just logged on to my account to start my taxes.  Before I have entered any of my information, it already says I made 13,174, and owe 61 due to federal.  That does not make since to me?

This could be due to taking a COVID-19 distribution from your retirement account in 2020. If you elected to spread the distribution over three years, TurboTax may have already included the amount for this year prior to any of your entries.
