Federal return was rejected and a tax payment is pending on my credit card. I am re-filing by mail, but turbotax is making me select payment again. What do I do?

If your Tax Return was rejected, your payment was rejected as well.  The pending charge you see on your Credit Card will drop off in a day or two.  Therefore, when you refile your return, you should include the full payment.
