Federal accepted, now unable to e file my state due to duplicate social security number?

The error message I am recieving:
Your transmission didn't go through
We could not e-file your return for the following reason:
Duplicate Social Security Number: A tax return with the same Social Security number has already been submitted - in other words, it appears you're trying to e-file the same return twice. If you need to change this return, you'll need to file an amended return on paper, by mail. If you'd like to e-file your state return using Turbo Tax, it will need to be filed along with your federal return. You may also e-file your federal return now, then submit your state return later via Turbo Tax, by mail, or by visiting your state's tax website for alternative e-filing options.

Was informed by Turbo Tax staff to wait till my federal return came back accepted to attempt to e file my state. it was accepted a month ago, but still unable to e file my state as advertised on turbo tax at a later date via turbo tax.

Please follow these instructions on how to e-file your state income tax return after your federal income tax return was accepted by the IRS:

For TurboTax Online:

  1. Sign in to TurboTax
  2. On the Your 2022 federal return was accepted! page, scroll down to Your tax returns & documents, select Show, and then select 2022
  3. Now select Add a state (this reopens your return)
    • Note: If you've already started your state return, you can select Continue your return in the state tax return box
  4. Select State from the left menu
  5. On the Let's get your state taxes done right screen, select Continue and follow the instructions

For TurboTax CD\Download software:

With your return open, select the State Taxes tab near the top. This will take you to the state section and you can proceed from there.

Madam,

After following the steps, I am getting the exact same error. Unfortunately now i am getting even less support as I am unable to speak with a live agent. Is there a way to e file my state return without also including my Federal? I believe this is the issue. I notice when i attempt to e-file state it wants me to review federal as well.
