Extension rejected (probably wrong AGI) but can't check or cancel payment

I tried to file an extension but it got rejected (code R0000-679-01, almost certainly due to a typo when I entered my 2019 AGI).

TurboTax Online doesn't let you correct this and suggests paying the IRS directly.

The problem is that I also set up a payment for my estimated tax. I can't find any way to check or cancel this amount, nor is it clear if this payment will go ahead.

 

Ideally I'd like to cancel the payment so that I can then pay the IRS directly. Is there any way of getting back to modify this payment?
