Before you run the account recovery tool, make sure you're logged out completely of all Intuit accounts including the one you're asking the question from. Clear your browser, internet cookies, cache, close the browser and re-open it.

Log completely out of all TurboTax accounts if you have more than one.
You can use this link https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ to recover your account with your phone number. If that doesn't work there is a small blue link at the bottom that says Try something else and if you click on that you can locate your account by using your SSN, name, and birthdate.
