Estimated Taxes using "What-If" Worksheet

How can I link the "What-If" worksheet to the "Estimated Tax Payment Options" sheet and get it calculate my estimated taxes using the results from the What-If worksheet?

That’s not an option. Use the results from the worksheet to manually complete the 1040-ES.
