Estimate tax forms were printed for both fed and state. I don't want to make estimate tax payments as I am fixing the problem. One year this happened & I had penalities

Trying to avoid any problems for 2025.

You do not have to make any estimated tax payments.

Those forms do not go to the IRS.
TurboTax provides them to help you avoid an underpayment penalty.
If you choose to make payments you can log into the IRS Payment Options Website
