ESPP - I have form 3922 for the covered securities, but don't have anything for non covered

So basically my ESPP 1099 form has two entries: Short Term – Covered Securities and Short Term – Noncovered Securities*

I also have a form 3922 which has 2 entries (one for 15 shares bought on X date, another for 20 shares bought on X date, which matches the Short Term - Covered Securities box which also has 2 entries and the same amount of shares, 15 and 20).

However, the non covered securities has 4 entries and I don't have a form 3922 for those non covered securities.

I'm unsure how to calculate adjusted cost-basis when it asks me for it for the noncovered securities. Does anyone know how I can approach it? Or do I enter the form 3922 for the noncovered securities as well? Super confused.

Update: I'm an idiot and realized that the noncovered securities were RSUs, not ESPP. That's why I was super confused.
