ERROR Turbo is auto-filling 1040 Row 4b Taxable Amount of IRA Distributions

Problem:  Turbo is auto-filling 1040 Line 4b, "Taxable distributions from Roth Withdrawals."  Except I had no distributions.

My guess is it's linking to the 8915-E or 8915-F and also creating a 1099R summary. I never got a 1099R this year.  My sole withdrawal was a coronavirus loan in 2020.   No withdrawals since.  Of course my repayments aren't on the 1099R either and not sure they should be.  But that's another matter.

If you try and fix it by removing the 8915-E it deletes that form plus 8915-F and the 1099R Summary.

If you elected to pay the tax over 3 years then that is what the 8915-F form is for and it puts the 2021 amount on the 1040 line 4b.

You do not receive a new 1999-R form.
