Error on Line 2a of a 1099-R

On my wife's state 1099-R I got an error on Line 2a . Line 1 Gross Income is not the same as Taxable Amount Line 2a . TurboTax deducted Line 5 Employee contributions from Line 2a. If you add the 2 lines you come up with the total on Line. I can't file my taxes because TurboTax thinks that line 2a should be the same as line 1. How do I fix this?

What is in box 2a on the actual 1099-R.

Is box 2b (not determined) checked?

What code is in box 7?

Line 7 was the problem. I accidentally checked 6 instead of 7. What is 6? It cut my refund in half. **bleep**
