My friend is trying to make an account and keeps getting the message "your request couldn't be processed, for help reference code 25625". We tried multiple email adresses and multiple phone numbers. Tried from 3 different browsers both on regular and incognito mode. Then we tried switching between different mobile devices and laptops. We tried from different wifi connections as well as mobile data. We also tried from a different country and nothing works. Could you contact me and help me with the issue.
