I BOUGHT A NEW TURBO TAX DELUXE 2024 AND INSTALLED THE ICON IN MY COMPUTER, BUT CAN NOT ENTER IT GIVES ME AND ERROR 70001(another account is open).
What happens if you right click and run as administrator? Can you try that and let me know?
