Empty K-1 Form that only shows during state review (federal doesn't see it)

Hi - When I'm doing my state tax check Turbo Tax says there is a K-1 Partnership form that is missing basically everything.  The QuickZoom shows its completely empty.  I did delete a K-1 that was present last year (estate) and I feel like it might be seeing this? I have repeatedly checked that the 4 K-1s for this year are all complete and nothing else is present.  I can get through the Federal check just fine so if there was a K-1 that was missing everything it should see it as well?  The state is ND.

What do I do?  Thanks!

Try looking through the forms of your state return and delete anything that relates to the empty K-1, including worksheets (ex: RK1, NCK1, etc.).

If you are using the Desktop version of our software:

  1. Click on Forms in the upper right of your screen.
  2. Find the relevant form on the left hand side of your screen in the Forms in My Return list - under the State name.
  3. Click on the form (note, there may be one for both taxpayer and spouse if married filing jointly).
  4. Click Delete Form button at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click Yes to confirm you want to delete.

If you are using TurboTax Online:

  1. Login to TurboTax and Open your return to get into the prep section.
  2. Click on Tax Tools in the left column.
  3. Click on Tools.
  4. In the list at the bottom, click on Delete a form.
  5. Find the list of State forms.
  6. Click Delete next to the relevant form.
  7. Click Delete Selected Form to confirm deletion.
