A Form 1095-C is not entered on a tax return.

You don't need to add a 1095-C.  Refer to the TurboTax article Do I need to enter my 1095-B and 1095-C?

This question has not been answered.  During the review in TurboTax, it complains that my wife did not have health coverage for all of 2024 but she did.  The original 1095-C was wrong.   I have a corrected form now.  How do I update it in TurboTax so that it stops complaining about this?

@chrisf2 On a federal tax return there is no requirement for you to indicate you had health insurance.  Is the issue with a state tax return?  If so, which state?

The error I was seeing was during the federal tax review.  I haven't started the state return yet.  That is where it will really matter because I live in MA and you are required to  have health insurance for the entire year or you will pay a penalty.

There is nowhere to enter the Form 1095-C in the federal section of TurboTax. I suggest you work through the state section where you should see questions regarding your insurance coverage in Massachusetts.

I am working on the state return now and I will see what it reports.  Thanks.

The state section for MA allowed me to enter the 1095-HC that I received with the correct information.  TurboTax is no longer reporting that my wife is not covered for part of  2024.  Thanks for the help.
