EIC: deployed overseas for 9 months. what do I answer to question asking if my wife and I lived in US for more than 6 months? Wife and child lived in US for all 12 months

Was deployed to Afghanistan from MAR2016 to NOV2016. Wife and child lived in US for all of 2016, and my family and I are permanently stationed at Fort Carson in Colorado since AUG2015. I don't want to give any wrong information that determines whether or not I receive the EIC.

Military service is considered a temporary absence, so you say Yes, you lived in the US during that time.
