EFile of Federal 1120S not received by IRS.

I received a letter from the IRS yesterday stating they have not received my 1120S filing.

Checking my records, I E-Filed with Turbo tax, and received email confirmation that TbTx received the documents, and 20 minutes later, I received another email stating the the IRS accepted the filing.

Is there and recourse, but to mail a paper copy with the email documentation to the IRS?

Your response would be correct. Print, sign and mail a copy of the tax return, along with copies of your e-mail confirmation receipt that shows "accepted" by the IRS. When you mail it, send it certified mail, return receipt required. (**REQUIRED**, not requested.) That should take care of it.
