Efile my fed tax using Turbotax. I applied for OPA at irs.gov/opa. However, not sure how I continue to efile from within Turbotax as it wants to file form 9465.

Since OPA is already approved, I don't need form 9465? Why Turbotax does not allow efile without completing form 9465?

Tell the program you will mail a payment and it will just leave the payment section blank, delete 9465 information. The program is not the IRS. The IRS knows you have a payment plan.
