Efile fails when TurboTax Business asks for update even when up to date.

When I click Transmit Returns to efile my state and federal return the application says there is an update available for TurboTax. I click Check for Update and the application says my installation is up to date. I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and am still getting the same error. This is an install on Windows 10. 

Any suggestions?

This seems to only apply to my CA state return, I could file the Fed return without a problem.

Here it is February 2021 and the same error persists. Clicking on the link to see the solution comes up with nothing. Turbotax for business 2020 on Win10. Trying to eFile but software thinks there is an update available. Checking for updates yields a "your softare is current" response. What's the fix?
