Easy Extension Error - "This feature isn't ready yet, but we're working on it"

I am trying to file for an easy extension through TurboTax and am receiving the following message "This feature isn't ready yet, but we're working on it". What could be causing this error and how can we get this fixed?

Easy Extension using TurboTax usually does not become available until mid-March.

If you want to file for an extension now use the IRS Form 4868, complete, print and mail to the IRS.
