Earlier, I asked the community if TurboTax charges a "convenience" fee to pay federal taxes by credit card. "SweetieJean" replied "yes," but didn't say what the fees are.

I would like to know what the percent these fees are, so I can weigh the value of charging, where I can get points, versus direct payment. Thank you.

Here they are.  If you get points/rewards on your credit card that are higher, it might make sense to charge the taxes due.  But be sure the cc company doesn't exclude this from that benefit first.
