E-Filing: Intuit's told me for 2 yrs my income/taxes are too low to qualify for E-File. I live in Colombia (S. America), and this imposes a real hardship. Any ideas?

That's not one of the reasons.  What kind of income?   If you have no taxable income you can try  adding $1 of interest to allow you to efile.  Enter a fake 1099Int and put $1 in box 1.  If you need to file 2022 or prior you have to print and mail it it.   Efiling is closed.

If you have no taxable income on your federal tax return, it cannot be e-filed, from Columbia or anywhere else.

To resolve this issue, you can enter $1 of interest income on the return and then it can be e-filed.

When entering interest on the Form 1099-INT use any name for the payer of the interest and enter $1 in box 1 of the 1099-INT.
