E-filing error message indicating previous year AGI doesn't match IRS figure

I have attempted to e-file my 2020 returns; they were rejected indicating 2019 AGI amount does not match IRS amount. I checked my 2019 AGI on my TurboTax returns several times and it is accurate. I closed Turbo tax; restart my PC multiple times and still same message...HELP

The fastest, easiest way to get your 2019 AGI is by visiting the IRS webpage I'm linking below.  There, you download a transcript (abbreviated return) of your 2019 return, which will contain your 2019 AGI.

Get Transcript | Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov)

Thank you for the tip. I got my transcripts from the IRS; their AGI figures matched my copy of the return; I attempted to file again, but was rejected and I got the same error message.

use a different tax software provider and your correct AGI will probably be Accepted and your e-File will go through.

So sorry you're still having difficulty e-filing.  See if any of the solutions offered in this TurboTax FAQ (linked below) help you out.

What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file error?
