E-File return was rejected, fixed and paid with a different credit card but initial payment is still pending.

As the subject says my initial e-file return was rejected.  I corrected it and then used a second credit card for payment.  The payment has been processed but the original transaction and the fee for the transaction still show as pending on my credit card.  This was 3 days ago.

Will it drop off or do I need to take further action?
