E-file payment not working

I have TTax deluxe and trying to pay for my state e-file however can't get passed the payment info screen.  All fields are filled in correctly however when I try to click the continue button my cursor changes to a 'do not enter' icon.  Telephone support wasn't able to help.  I've tried IE11 and MS Edge set a default browser still get the same result.

I have a similar problem trying to pay for state e-filing.  Getting error message "unable to process your payment at this time, sorry for the inconvenience"  Tried to call 877 number to pay by phone and they were unable to help me.  Told me to try later.  Tried several times with no luck and will need to mail state return.  Don't understand why no one is trying to fix this

Using TurboTax Deluxe and trying to e-file state returns. I purchased applicable states and downloaded files, however, keep being rerouted to purchase state e-file again and unable to move beyond this.

Unable to finish e-filing. everything is filled out. the continue button is grayed.

Please log completely out of TurboTax and try clearing your browser's cache.  A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for instructions:
