E-file from NY keeps getting rejected with following message "NYS Wage should not be equal to Zero when W-2 shows NY wages." and it is not zero on turbo tax

In the state form it actually shows the amount it is not zero but NYS keeps rejecting it even though Turbo Tax has no errors

Remove the NY wages from the W2. The federal and state already have it. The program doesn't like it.
