E-File Error - Line 30 percent is not between the prescribed upper and lower limits

I'm trying to e-file my 1120 C-Corp return, but it errors and says:

Form 2220: Line 30 percent is not between the prescribed upper and lower limits.

I tried entering 0, .3, any number - but it always gives me the above error.

Any ideas, how to get this cleared so I can e-file?

Form 2220 calculates your underpayment penalty, based on the dates and amounts of any tax payments you made toward the total tax due, and the applicable interest rate.

Line 30 uses an interest rate that you must enter. The instructions say to enter a whole number (ex: "5" for 5%), most likely between 0 and 5.
