During my form filing I saw one amount due (I believe it was 104). After several days I found that amount charged by IRS was 703. How is it possible?

Take a look at your tax forms to verify the amount. If the IRS took the wrong amount, you will need to contact the IRS payments department at 800-316-6541 or the direct debit department at 888-353-4537.
