Duplicate Coinbase API entries

I used to use a product called TaxBit which was bought by Intuit. They recommended moving to the Intuit TurboTax Investor Center and create an API link between my Coinbase account and Intuit. I did that process but accidentally created two API entries which effectively duplicated all of my transactions. I cancelled the API link but now still have these two "Coinbase" accounts in the investor center which are effectively null and void since the API link is broken and they're duplicate information.

There is no way to remove an account from the Investor Center that I have found. I want to basically zero out my Investment accounts and start over fresh with a single API link to correctly calculate my holdings/potential tax implications. Please advise how I can remove an account from the investor center.

As of right now, the capability to delete an account in the Investor Center will be operational after 2/6/2024.  Please try again after that date.

In the Investor Center,

  • Select Transactions down the left side of the screen.
  • Select one or two entries that you would like to remove by clicking on the empty box to the left of the transaction.
  • Select Bulk Ignore in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

You will see this message that says:  "This will permanently remove the transaction(s) and any linked transactions.  This action cannot be undone."

Select Ignore transactions.

Please post whether this allows you to proceed as you would like.
