]duplicate] Can I file without the label of head of household? Can I just file single? Also do I need to submit a 1095 to prove I had insurance all year? Thank you.

Yes, you can file as Single.  If you answered Yes to the question 'do you pay more than half the costs of maintainting a household?' and you have a dependent, then TurboTax assigns you the filing status of Head of Househole, which has a higher standard deduction than Single.
