Due to an extension, I paid est taxes in the 3rd and 4th qtr but not in the 1st or 2nd. I'm caught in a cycle; TT keeps having me review my est taxes. How do I fix this?

Can you clarify which TurboTax you are using, online or Desktop?  Are you receiving a rejection?

@pickelse Make four estimated tax payments for 2025 starting April 15th which is the first Estimated Tax payment deadline

you want your combined  withholding plus estimated tax to cover your 2025 tax with some room to spare.
