Double Payment IRS

I filed my 2023 taxes recently.  I owed the IRS.  I submitted my payment using Direct Pay and the amount was withdrawn from my checking account.  I looked at my checking account transactions and that same amount was withdrawn twice.  Went to my IRS account to view my payment activity and there is my expected transaction via Direct Pay but also another labeled E-File for the same amount but it is labeled PENDING.  What should I do next?

If the charge is pending it will fall off in the next day or so. It really isn't charged if it is pending.

Thanks.  I will keep an eye on the checking account.  It has been several days but patience is a virtue.

The IRS online still says pending.  The money was debited from checking on 4/15.

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return.

Here are a couple FAQs to track your refund:
When will I get my federal tax refund?
How do I track my state refund?
Why does Where's My Refund say "approved" but TurboTax still says "accepted"?
