Don't you have available a simple Quicken software application for a simple self employed individual with just income and expenses?

Yes you can use Quicken.  You can import from Quicken.

Quicken is no longer owned or sold by Intuit the maker of Turbo tax and other products.

Quickbooks is, but it is formal bookkeeping software that is much more expensive than Quicken.

Quicken starter might be sufficient for your needs
