Don't have my bank account number isn't working I want to change it to go on my netspend account

When you go through the FILE section you can choose the way you want to receive your refund.  You will need a routing number and an account number.   You cannot e-file until late in January, so no hurry.

If your post is about a 2023 refund that you are waiting for and you want to change the banking information, sorry, you cannot do that.   If the refund goes to a wrong or closed account, the bank will send it back to the IRS, and then the IRS will issue and mail you a paper check using the address you entered on your tax return.
