Doing taxes for 2 people in household. Downloading data from Charles Schwab and when downloading 2nd person it pulls in data from 1st person and not the 2nd.

You must log into the Schwab account for the 2nd person.   When you choose Schwab form the financial institution menu it will ask for the Schwab login ID and password.  That must be the same an the Schwab website login for that persons account.
