Doing my 2018 TT Business Tax and it is saying I need to fill out a Florida Corporate Income Tax Return. I have never had to do this. Is this something new?

No, but if you are filing an income tax return for a partnership, multi-member LLC, or an S corporation, you would only have to file a Florida Corporate income tax return in very limited instances.
