Does upload feature fail? I have tried numerous times to upload my 1099's and it either fails to extract individual funds from consolidated forms, or it simply fails.

Vanguard Consolidated Forms also include the individual funds after the summary page, but TT fails to enter each one.

You can enter summaries instead of individual transactions. TurboTax will walk you through the process.
