I purchased Turbotax Premier for my 2020 taxes, as I did for 2019. I never received my first stimulus check, probably because in 2018 I earned over $75,000, although I retired that year and in 2019 earned less than $50,000. I contacted the IRS, and they said for people in my situation, the 2020 form would have a place to indicate this history, and the $1,200 would be sent to me. But I wonder if this option is included in the Turbotax Premier package.
It is in every version.

@donmcconnell-com - yes, look in the "federal reveiew" section of TT - it will ask you to enter your two stiumulus payments... put $-0- in where necessary.
on Line 30 of Form 1040 , you will see any additional money due you.
the stimulus is really based on your 2020 income LESS what you received to date, but not less than zero. While you state your 2019 income was lower than 2018 and under the $75,000 limit, what really matter is your 2020 income.... THAT has to be under $75,000 to collect the entire $1200.
And if you installed the CD/Download program be sure to update it. There was a big update on Thursday Jan 7 and the Stimulus was added to it. Here's from my Windows Home & Business program.
