Does turbotax offer macintosh versions of business tax software to prepare multimember LLC returns?

No.  The TurboTax Business program is only available for PC's.

Most likely it's because there isn't enough demand to justify the development and maintenance costs.  And note that TT is not licensed for use by paid tax preparers.
