Does turbotax have a contact number for a rep. I need to speak with someone quick. I haven't received my debit card holding my tax returns. How do I get a replacement?

Follow one of these methods below to speak with a representative.

1.     Start by signing in to your account (if you aren't already signed in).

2.     Once you're in, select Help in the upper-right corner of your screen.

3.     Now select Contact Us at the bottom of the next screen.

4.     Enter your question and then select Continue.

5.     Now choose between:

6.     Posting your question to our community of experts; or

7.     Talking one-on-one with a live TurboTax Expert, CPA, or Enrolled Agent (requires the PLUS add-on if using Free Edition).

If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software or can't sign into your TurboTax account:

1.     Go here to contact us.

2.     Ask your question, select Continue, and follow our onscreen instructions.

Live help is available 7 days per week from 5:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. PST.

I have completed fed and state of CA taxes and paid the state tax form electronically last night. The turbo tax system is not permitting me to transmit the forms to IRS because it wants me fill out form 3554. I am not an employer nor did I hire employees. How can I correct this so I can transmit my forms to IRS? Can I speak to a representative, please call [phone number removed].

Form 3554 is for the New Employee Credit.

You need to go into your state interview section.

  1. Proceed through the screens until you see the page which says Take a look at California credits and taxes.
  2. Under Business and investment credits, you will see a line titled New Employment Credit.
  3. Select start or revisit.  You should make sure you answer no when it asks if you want to claim this credit.

This should remove the credit and allow you to proceed with your tax return.
