Does Turbo Tax understand what 24/7 assistance is??……. better phrased 9am - 5 pm assistance. Sometimes; maybe, but it may take 50 min or longer. DO BETTER TURBO TRASH

this time of the year there are many inquiries.  if you think 50 minutes is bad try getting through to the IRS.
