Does turbo tax transfer numbers entered on federal return to the state return?

I am having trouble calling up State of Minnesota forms on Turbo Tax.  I did the Federal, but cannot call up the State under the State menu.  It just keeps circling around Select More States, etc.  How can I get to Turbo Tax for State in order to complete the State return.  Thank you?
