Does the state of Missouri take money if you owe from a bank account I set up for payment in TurboTax or do I have to mail a check with my voucher on taxes I owe?

I set up payment from my bank account for both federal and state taxes I owe.  But turbotax after I filed said I need to print a voucher to mail in to my state for the amount I owe?
