Does my son who is 15 who worked for maybe a month and received a W2. His wages were only $165.00. How do I handle this? Do I have to file or do anything?

If they did not take taxes out, he does not need to file a return as he is under the filing threshold.  If they took federal taxes out, he could file to get a refund.
