Does military members need to report the Affordable Care act plan (Health Insurance Premium)?

If you are active military you would not be enrolled in any of the state Marketplace Exchanges health insurance plans nor any plans from healthcare.gov.  You do NOT receive a  Form 1095-A from those plans.
