You can still use desktop download software for a 2024 tax return or you can use online TurboTax.   For 2025 returns which you will prepare and file next year in 2026, you will need Windows 11 for desktop download software unless the huge outcry from users causes a change (unlikely).

You tagged the post with Turbotax Online... if you're using Turbotax Online thru a browser and not installing software on your machine then the version of Windows doesn't matter.  The end of support for Windows 10 only affects desktop software for tax year 2025.
