Does intuit give a flying squirrel about a customers account after they got paid ? Apparently not!

Where is the tracking where is the support I paid and I guess turbo tax was done with me and my return. Now I changed my deposits to a karma account and they can’t answer the phone after 2 hours of waiting on hold!  What a rip off
