Does DACA get fined for not having Health insurance?

Filing for 2017, wondering if ill get fined as i am a DACA recipient. What should i check off under the "health insurance" tab?

As a DCA recipient, you are not subject to the ACA penalty.

In the TurboTax health insurance interview, on the page titled Did you all have health coverage in 2017? click on I'll click who had it and which months (see attached screenshot 1)
On the following page, do not check any month if you are not covered.
Then on the page titled Did anyone have a situation that waives the tax penalty for being uninsured?, click on Not a legal U.S. resident (see attached screenshot 2)

Click on the Health Insurance tab on top of the screen and the option is on the next page (see screenshot 1).
