does anyone know what does “Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets” mean???

every time when i try to submit everything it says “congratulations” then seconds later it goes blank and says “Our records indicate that you are not entitled to efile one or more formsets.” i don’t understand what that even means

This means that some forms aren't available to be E-filed yet. This could be because some federal or state forms included on your return have not been released to be electronically filed. Once they do release it, it might take a few days for TurboTax to integrate it into the system. 

If the form says its Unsupported though, it means that it is not supported by TurboTax, and you wont be able to file it electronically, instead you will have to print and mail either the form itself or the whole return.
